According to reports reaching us, a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja today 24th November has discharged and acquitted Aminu Oguche, the alleged mastermind of the Nyanya Abujabomb blast which killed over 60 people in Abuja.
According to the News Agency of Nigeria, the court in it’s ruling, dismissed the two counts terrorism charges brought against him and freed him based on lack of diligent prosecution by the state.
