Burnaboy Officially Drops Aristokrat Records.

Burnaboy was the lead and only artist know with Aristokrat and okgist can confirm to you that the artist who signed a deal with Aristokrat back in 2010 has run is contract out and decided not to resign with the record label that brought him to the lime light.
The afropop star who has a special reggae r&b vibe in his style has since then been working on starting his own outfit. No official statement has been made to that aspect but since leaving Aristokrat Burnaboy has dropped a song – “Don Gorgon” which didn’t really hit as his fans expected but he is set to redeem himself with a new song soon to be released “Check and Balance” which is set to drop soon still under no outfit.

Aristokrats on their part has failed to get the recognition they had in the music industry when Burnaboy was signed with them as the other artistes they signed are not making impact yet – The new Aristokrats team include – Pucado, Kamar, Mojeed and Ozone. Trying to announce them to the world the record label is working on a compilation album which we got a hint is titled “The Aristokrats”.

Burnaboy signed major endorsement deals while he was still signed with Aristokrat, released a mixtape, an album and copped a couple of awards.
We wish both Burnaboy and Aristokrat success in the Nigerian music industry as they both go their separate ways.
