Boko Haram militants yesterday evening carried out another attack on a football viewing center in Damaturu, Yobe State during a live football match between Brazil and Mexico in the ongoing world cup in Brazil. Men from the insurgent group reportedly hauled explosives at the viewing center, injuring several people. Injured people were rushed to nearby hospitals. Yobe state Police commissioner told AFP that they have deployed policemen to the scene and have confirmed the death of 7 people at the incident.
